How to loss weight within one week

Weight loss is an easy phenomenon, but you should be free from any serious illness to do this.Its a seven day principle.You must be dedicated and strong minded too......

Day 1

Eat only vegetables. Eat as much as you want. No limits!!!! + 12 glasses of water without any hesitation. Its a must. + one multi vitamin tablet. Avoid sugar. No more than one spoon of oil and salt be used at any case.Salads and sprouted veggies steamed , Mixed vegetable aviyal, one boiled potato (more than one potato cant be recommended as it contains starch) and boiled tomato slices are best for the day. you can drink carrot and beetroot juice without sugar. Cucumbers and leafy vegetables can be added. Eat until your belly fills. No limitation for choice and amount.


Day 2

Eat only fruits.Eat as much as you want. No limits!!!! + 12 glasses of water without any hesitation. Its a must. + one multi vitamin tablet. Avoid sugar. You can have lots of oranges, apples, mangoes, guava, water melon, grapes, papaya, pineapple, plum, or anything.Eat until your belly fills. No limitation for choice and amount. Eat until your belly fills. No limitation for choice and amount.You can just enjoy your day with juices.(Beware!!!! No Bananas.........)


Day 3

Eat vegetables and fruits AS MUCH AS YOU WANT. No limits!!!! + 12 glasses of water without any hesitation. Its a must. + one multi vitamin tablet.If you feel like starving you can have one cup of oats. immmm..........you can....Really!!! Happy???


Day 4

This day in the early morning you can have a cup of milk and one big banana. Enjoy your day.  For the lunch you can have  a cup of rice/ or 2 chappatti's/ or any cerials/ or 2 idly with..............ONE CHICKEN PIECE as curry made in your choice of taste!!!!!!!!! OR 2 PIECES of FISH curry (not more than two spoon of oil is allowed for curry preparation.). + as usual 12 glasses of water without any hesitation. Its a must. + one multi vitamin tablet. For tea time.... vegetable salad...lots and lots....... For Dinner 2 slices of bread and egg white..............Vegetarians can do this with with vegetable kurumas.


Day 5
